Authentic-Looking Street Signs
A brilliant idea, in my opinion. I started making personalized street signs (good for the man cave, teen's bedroom, your small business, restaurant decor, etc.). I cut and painted the boards, then varnished them, then used very high quality vinyl stickers to personalize them. Now you don't have to steal that street sign with your last name on it!
Grape Juice, Step 3
The finished product - delicious, but a bit of sugar had to be added to take away the sour-ness of the green grapes. Otherwise, tastes just like Welch's! Mmmmm...and all in all, much simpler than I ever would have thought. It probably took less than an hour from start to finish.
Grape Juice, Step 2
After picking the grapes from the vines, I washed them and then cooked them for about 20 minutes. I mashed them while they cooked to bring the juice out. (No water added) I shouldn't have added the green grapes (rookie mistake) because in the end I have to add some sugar to the finished product. If I had only used red grapes, the sugar wouldn't have been necessary. This pic shows all of the grapes from the previous pic in one pot, and in the end it produced one jug of juice.
Homemade Grape Juice Recipe in 3 Steps
Our house has a grape arbour with red and green grapes growing like crazy all over it. This year, I finally decided to do something with them.
